Return and refund

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any damage, defect, or shipment error.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage are not eligible.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos or a brief video clearly showing the issue

  2. Our team will verify the claim and confirm the return pickup details.

  3. A courier will collect the item from the address used for delivery within 1–3 days at no additional cost to you.

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Once the returned product reaches our facility, we inspect it within 1–3 days.

  • You will receive an approval or denial notice by email. If denied, the reason will be explained, and the item will be sent back to you.

4. Refund or Replacement

  • Replacement: A new unit of the same product will be dispatched within 1–3 days after approval.

  • Refund: Because we accept only cash on delivery, refunds are issued in cash. You can choose:

    • Cash handover via the courier at the time of pickup, or

    • Cash deposit to your nominated bank account within 1–3 days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, earphones, opened software, and consumable smart-home components (e.g., batteries once unsealed) cannot be returned unless defective on arrival.

6. Responsibility and Liability

Jaxon Game Arena is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from product use. Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above.
